







DAVID THURMAN MILLER is a retired attorney and computer professional. Prior to a long career as a network and security specialist for the federal judiciary he served as assistant director of the University of Kentucky Office of Continuing Legal Education and counsel to the Kentucky Retirement Systems. He holds a B.A. from West Virginia University, a Master’s Degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky, and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.

David owns the small press Bacchante Books and his work has been published by such prestigious houses as St. Martin's Press and Southern Illinois University Press as well as in numerous magazines.
